Allen Hopkins will be adding $5000 to the event. Sponsors at this time include: Dr. Cue Promotions and Crown Cues. This event will be a ranking event.

Up to 4 tables will be used for this event. The tables may be gridded. If we get 4 tables, we will use 3 for the tournament and 1 for practice.

The format for this event will be the standard format used in the past. A round of 40 shots will start the event. The top 12 players will advance to a single elimination playoff round, with the top 4 getting byes. Each match will be the standard 10 shots each.

The entry fee must be paid in cash immediately prior to the players meeting. The flight draw will be done at the start of the players meeting. Anyone not signed up and paid by the start of the players meeting will not play in the tournament. The field is limited to the first 36 players to send their 'intent to enter' to aptsa@artisticpoolplayers.com

If needed, a 2mm device and stacking ball will be available at the tournament.

Dress Code

• Formal dress attire, tie and vest optional but highly encouraged.
• Men's formal dress attire defined as: collared, long sleeved (which may be rolled up to mid forarm) button down dress shirt, dress slacks, belt, dress shoes.
• Womens formal dress attire defined as: same as men's with the addition of blouse, skirt, and dress- all of modest length and coverage.
• Sponsor logos allowed.
• No jeans, golf shirts, khakis, or sneakers.
• Please contact the APTSA with any questions regarding the dress code including any requests for exceptions
