Responsibilities include getting a tournament director, making sure the tournament desk is always covered, making sure the people at the desk are recording the match scores properly, and making sure the tournament is running on time.

Responsibilities include contacting finding out who the local media is and contacting them about the upcoming tournament, working with the venue to come up with flyersor other promotional material, putting together a tournament program where sponsors can advertise, etc.

Responsibilities include enforcing all rules and code of conduct during a tournament, and possibly when we are all at home. This includes rules governing play, as well as dress code and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities include doing the draw, posting the schedule for both preliminary rounds and playoffs, scheduling the match times, and working with the venue to coordinate match times.

Responsibilities include collecting entry fees, computing the payouts, and paying the players. Any sponsor money will come through APTSA and be given to this committee either before the event, or at the event.

Responsibilities include making sure the tables get gridded. Players on this committee can either do it themselves or get someone to do it. They just need to make sure it gets done.

Responsibilities include organizing and running the World Record segment at each event, and keeping track of the results.
